Is there anyone who doesn't strive to be an effective communicator, to be understood in the the ways in which they have intended? At various points in time, in both our professional and personal lives, we agonize over not being able to get the point across clearly be it through our written words or our verbally expressed ones........in front of a group or in a dyad. Some of the time, we blame the audience for just "not getting it" but most often, we struggle with trying to determine the best way to re-issue the message so that we will be understood. Within the organizations where we are expected to function effectively, there is a plethora of information to be communicated. The communication needs to be carefully articulated and choreographed so that it is clear, crisp and inclusive of all members of the considered audience. This reality means that there is a need for a thoughtful, strategic, comprehensive communication model. We analyze the needs of a client and work side by side with them to determine the needs and then build an effective model for communicating within the organization and to whoever the outside interests are. We take into consideration all aspects of what is necessary from prevention to intervention to crisis intervention to inspiration and education. We focus on written skills and aural skills for individuals and for groups; we put each piece of that work into a model for how information is communicated effectively throughout the organization. Our clients consistently realize the power of an effective, strategic communication model. That makes our clients highly productive and us very happy.
