There are times when we feel a bit in the way of stretched; that's a perfect opportunity to get hold of yourself and not let the stress overcome you because when stressed, we have a tendency to fall off balance.

Our culture teaches us to get busy and stay busy; problem is that when you are constantly busy you don't have time to think as effectively and as clearly as if you took time/found time/made time/had time to catch your breath and contemplate. Over stretched, over worked people under perform their otherwise achievable tasks and goals. Our approach is not about working less, it is about working with the whole of you, working replenished.

Learning to engage in skillfully reflective, contemplative practices is a way to gain productive insight into your style, your career, your relationships, your desires for your life and then integrate them into a reality. Being in healthy touch with your own inner self may sound silly or luxurious -- it is neither. Rather, for overall well-being and in order to realize true excellence in your life, it is essential.

We're not going to bring you to a halt, we're not going to turn you into a yogi, we're going to invigorate you and your organization.

At the mid point of our adult years, we either develop a sense of integrity or a sense of despair about our life course, we ask questions like "how did I get here?", "what else is there?" "when does happiness happen?" with increasing frequency.
