Consults can be as brief as a 30 minute session or a full day and don't always need to be in person. We utilize the web and the telephone for much of our business.
Projects can be Program Contracts where the scope of the work is detailed or Letters for Engagement where the desire is for ongoing consulting service to discover issues that are impeding goal attainment.
