Over a lifetime, we have come to know, that educators have an enormous task in trying to have a healthy career. There are, more than at any other time in history, demands made on educators in both the public and private sectors that are unrelenting. As a result, we find educators everywhere consistently in need of our special brand of help -- and we are thrilled to deliver our services and be their champions.

Our programs meet Professional Development Committee (PDC) standards and goals alongside those related to accreditation and national education expectations.

An Educator's Compass for Clarity & Renewal

As an educator, or an administrator in education, you're painfully aware that there is little to no time for reflective thinking but it is a necessary ingredient in surviving well. In our program, we give participants the gift of time as we arrange a series of prescheduled meetings during which we teach some unique ways to unwind and replenish.

We have data to support our claims that helping educators in this manner has a direct impact upon their well-being and upon their students. All positive.

Communication,Camaraderie & Community

Much to our surprise, we found that in the midst of educators trying to create a classroom environment that is productive, there is a need to help educators within a building and within a district feel a sense of real community and camaraderie with one another, their administrators, the parents and their students.

We've come up with some very creative, sensible and wonderfully rewarding ways to make this happen......

Educators, administrators and parents alike are thrilled with the outcomes that this program produces.

These programs are designed to be for educators in elementary and secondary education but we feel strongly that they need to be offered in higher education as a core of the curriculum that teachers are the recipients of and we are working towards that end.
